Terms and Conditions for Rental Property: 1. The rental property is to be used solely for residential purposes by the tenant and their immediate family members. 2. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and tidy condition, and for promptly reporting any damages or necessary repairs to the landlord. 3. Rent is due on the first day of each month and must be paid in full by the tenant. Late payments will incur a fee of $50 per day until the rent is paid in full. 4. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. 5. Pets are not allowed on the property without prior written consent from the landlord. A pet deposit may be required if pets are allowed. 6. The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets to the property or its contents. 7. The tenant agrees to abide by all local laws and regulations while residing in the rental property. 8. The landlord reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance or inspection purposes with 24 hours notice to the tenant, except in cases of emergency. 9. The rental agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The tenant is responsible for paying rent for the full 30-day notice period. 10. Any disputes between the landlord and tenant will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, if necessary. By signing this rental agreement, the tenant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions for the duration of their tenancy.
